Sometimes, due to some outside interference, I sleep late and wake up late. These are the worst days for me as it makes me feel highly blunt and lazy. But when I wake up early, I feel energetic throughout the day, which also makes me cheerful. This is highly beneficial as it gives you a sense of completeness and a feeling that you are productive. In addition, it increases your confidence and positivity.

And by the time others wake up, you would have completed many productive works which will further make you confident.

I have seen many people who wake up late rush to their work or college; they don’t have time to eat, leave alone meditation and exercise. I feel this type of life is pathetic and highly unorganized. This helps you sharpen your body, mind, and your soul.

Yes, waking up early can help you take a good night’s sleep. If you are waking up early, it means you had slept early, which further means you had enough time to sleep. This improves your quality of sleep. Also, since you are waking up early, you will work throughout the day, and by 9–10 p.m., you will be tired enough to sleep. And have you experienced that when you are tired, you tend to sleep deeply? So now I hope you are going to wake up early.
